Overview:
A list of questions regarding our toothpaste product, ProBio D.
Does ProBio D (Toothpaste) contain caffeine from the Green Tea Extract that can be absorbed sublingually through the gums?
Answer:
No. While ProBio D contains Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, it is included for its polyphenols (such as catechins and EGCG), not for caffeine.
Any naturally occurring caffeine present is negligible, and not clinically relevant nor systemically absorbed through sublingual or gum contact during brushing. ProBio D does not produce stimulant effects.
2. How does ProBio D repair "deep cavities"?
Answer:
ProBio D does not repair deep cavities.
Its action is limited to early-stage enamel demineralization and microscopic surface remineralization. By supplying minerals and reducing acid-producing bacteria, ProBio D can help slow or halt early decay, but established cavities extending into dentin require professional dental treatment.
Any reference to “repair” applies only to surface-level enamel strengthening, not structural tooth restoration.
3. How does "Gentle Whitening" happen in ProBio D if you don't use bleaching agents? Is it just surface-level abrasion that thins my enamel?
Answer:
ProBio D’s gentle whitening works through:
- Removal of surface stains and plaque
- Mild, enamel-safe abrasives (hydrated silica and calcium carbonate)
- Improved enamel smoothness, which reflects light better
It does not use bleaching agents (such as peroxide), and it does not thin enamel when used as directed. The abrasives are formulated to polish—not erode—the enamel surface.
4. Is the "ProBio D" toothpaste safe for children?
Answer:
ProBio D is organic, biocompatible, and formulated to be safe for everyday use without synthetic chemicals or harsh preservatives.
5. If "ProBio D" repairs enamel, why do I still need a dentist?
Answer:
A: Supplements support health but do not replace professional cleaning, X-rays, or emergency dental care.
6. Does "ProBio D" contain any animal-derived glycerin?
Answer:
No, we use plant-powered ingredients and hold Halal certification, ensuring no non-permissible animal by-products
7. Does ProBio D toothpaste actually kill "good" mouth bacteria too?
Answer:
No. It utilizes specific bacteriocins and probiotics to target harmful pathogens while maintaining a balanced, healthy oral microbiome.
8. Can I use "ProBio D" if I have a permanent retainer?
Answer:
Yes. It is non-abrasive and helps clean the hard-to-reach areas around orthodontic hardware.
