How to reset password

Overview:
If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset your password easily by following the steps below.

Steps:

1. Go to the Yes Global login page:
   https://biz.yes.global/index.php/site/login

2. Click “Forgot Password”.
   

3. Enter your registered Username and Email Address.
   

4. Verify that you are not a robot, then click Submit.

5. Check your email for the password reset link.

6. Click the link and set a new password.

7. Return to the login page and log in using your new password.

Tips:

• Make sure you use the email address registered with your Yes Global account.

• Check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive the reset email.

• Create a strong password using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Do not share your password with anyone.

• If you do not receive the reset email within 30 minutes, contact hello@yes.global or message Yes Global Support via Telegram or WhatsApp for assistance.
