How long is the shelf life?
Answer:
Shelf life is shown by the expiry date on the packaging. Most products are stable for months to years when stored properly.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Reseal tightly after opening.
3. Can heat damage the product?
Answer:
Yes. High heat can reduce quality and potency (especially probiotics). Avoid leaving products in hot cars or direct sun.
4. What if my product smells different?

Do not consume. Contact customer service with photos + batch/lot number for verification and next steps.
5. Is colour variation normal?
Answer:
Minor colour variation can occur due to natural ingredients and does not always indicate a problem. If the change is significant, contact us.
6. Why does my new bottle look different?
Answer:
Packaging may change due to branding updates, supplier changes, or regulatory labelling updates. The product identity is verified by the label and batch details.
7. Are batches consistent?
Answer:
Yes, batches are produced under controlled procedures, with quality checks to meet specifications. Minor variation can still occur with natural ingredients.
8. What if the seal is broken?
Answer:
Do not consume. Report it immediately for replacement support.
9. Can I use it after expiry?
Answer:
We do not recommend using products after expiry because potency and quality can no longer be guaranteed.
10. What happens if it gets wet?

Moisture can cause clumping and quality issues. If the product is wet inside the packaging, do not use it.
