How to claim your Invoice or Vouchers

Overview:
Claiming a voucher or invoice in your account allows you to earn your commission and update your stock records.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Yes Global stockist account. - https://biz.yes.global/index.php/site/login
   
   

2. Select the “Pickup Stock” option.

3. Enter the claim reference in the “Collection Code” text field and click Search.

4. Upload a photo in the Identity Photo section.

5. Confirm the quantities and click Confirm Collection.

6. Your voucher will be processed, and your stock will be updated accordingly.

Tips:

• Vouchers can only be claimed in the state or area specified on the voucher invoice.

• If you encounter any issues claiming a voucher, contact Yes Logistics in the Logistics group.

• Voucher claims should only be submitted after the products have been sent out.

• you can upload any photo for the Identity Photo

• Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
