1. What are your working hours?
Our office is open from 11 AM to 7 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
2. Handling AlphaMax M+ Coffee Orders When the Repurchase Mall Doesn’t Allow It
If a customer wants to buy AlphaMax M+ Coffee but the repurchase mall does not allow it, you can still provide the product. The system will be adjusted accordingly.
Steps for stock transfer:
Record the exchange after the member has received the coffee.
Ensure the voucher has been claimed.
Stock adjustment format:
M+ : + [number of boxes]
Coffee : - [number of boxes]

3. Replenishing Stock
If your current stock level has reached the maximum limit, you cannot replenish directly.
Alternative ways to replenish:
Pay an additional deposit at the rate of $1 = 2 ProdV.
Submit the appeal form, including your sales report or any relevant documentation, to help process your request.
Please complete the stock quantity request form and send it back to us. We will forward it to management for review.
4. Current Stock On Hand vs System Quantity Doesn’t Match
If your physical stock and system quantity don’t tally, please provide your latest stock-on-hand figures for verification.
