Ingredient Transparency & Formulation

Overview: 

A list of questions regarding the formulation (ingredients) of our array of products, and the credibility of said ingredients, as well as questions about their functions that customers may have. 

1.  For every product, can you provide the exact dosage (mg/CFU) of each active ingredient?

Answer:
Yes. The exact dosage of each active ingredient, including milligrams (mg) or colony-forming units (CFU) where applicable, is clearly listed on the product label for each product.

We encourage customers to refer to the supplement facts / nutrition panel on the packaging, as this is the most accurate and legally regulated source of dosage information.

If you need clarification on a specific product, our customer service team can guide you through the label details.

2.   Are any ingredients proprietary blends that you refuse to disclose fully?

Answer:
No. We do not hide active ingredients behind undisclosed proprietary blends.
All active ingredients required by regulation are declared on the product label.

In some cases, flavouring systems or minor excipients may be listed collectively, as allowed by food regulations, but functional and active components are disclosed transparently.

3.  Are your ingredient dosages based on human clinical studies or just traditional usage?

Answer:
Our formulations are developed using a combination of:

• Published scientific literature, including human studies where available
• Established safe-use ranges recognized in the supplement industry
• Traditional or long-standing usage data for certain ingredients

Not every ingredient or finished product has been clinically tested as a complete formula, which is standard for dietary supplements. Our goal is to stay within recognized safety and efficacy ranges, not to make medical claims.

4. Which ingredients are synthetic, and which are natural?

Answer:
Our products may contain a combination of natural and nature-identical ingredients, depending on the function and stability required.

• Natural ingredients are derived from plant, food, or fermentation sources
• Nature-identical or synthesized ingredients are used when they provide better consistency, purity, or safety

All ingredients used are approved for food or supplement use under applicable regulations.

5. Are any ingredients sourced from China? If yes, how do you test for contamination?

Answer:
Some raw materials may be globally sourced, which can include China or other countries, depending on ingredient availability and quality.

Regardless of origin, all ingredients are subject to:

• Supplier qualification and documentation review
• Incoming raw material testing
• Compliance with safety and quality specifications

We focus on quality and safety standards, not country of origin alone.

6. Do you test for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbes in every batch?

Answer:
Yes. Our manufacturing partners follow quality control procedures that include testing for contaminants such as heavy metals, microbial limits, and other safety parameters, either on raw materials, finished products, or according to a risk-based testing plan.

Testing is conducted in accordance with regulatory and industry standards applicable to dietary supplements and functional foods.

7. Can I see batch-level COA (Certificate of Analysis) for the product I buy?

Answer:
Certificates of Analysis are generated for quality control and regulatory purposes and are typically held by the manufacturer and brand.

Batch-level COAs are not routinely published, but may be reviewed:

• By regulators
• By distributors
• In specific cases where verification is required

If you have a particular concern about a product batch, our customer service team can assist in reviewing the issue.

8. If two people take the same product and have different reactions, who is responsible?

Answer:
Individual responses to supplements can vary due to factors such as:

• Body chemistry
• Existing health conditions
• Diet and lifestyle
• Sensitivities or allergies

Our responsibility is to ensure that products are manufactured safely, labelled accurately, and comply with regulations. Consumers are responsible for using products according to instructions and considering their personal health conditions.

If unexpected or severe reactions occur, we advise discontinuing use and consulting a healthcare professional.
