Browsers store temporary files (cache) and small data files (cookies) to improve speed. Over time, these files can cause conflicts with the Yes Global system, leading to errors in:
Logging in
Viewing stock or commission reports
Placing or tracking orders
Accessing dashboards or tools
Clearing cache and cookies resolves these issues and refreshes your system connection.
Steps to Clear Cache & Cookies:
Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge:
Open your browser.
Click the three-dot menu → Settings → Privacy & Security.
Select Clear browsing data.
Choose Time range: All time.
Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Restart the browser and log in to Yes Global.
Safari (Mac / iOS):
Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Click Remove All or select Yes Global site data to delete.
Close and reopen Safari.
Firefox:
